  12. strikeouts from 1949 through 1952.

  15. Braves in 1942. But because of army service
  16. during World War II, he didnΓÇÖt play his first 
  17. full season until 1946. He became the ace 
  18. of the BravesΓÇÖ staff for 17 seasons. (The 
  19. team moved to Milwaukee in 1953.)
